By accessing or using Archisys Technologies websites, products, applications, APIs, connectors, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Archisys Technologies develops and provides technology products and services. Depending on the offering, these may include software, websites, APIs, connectors, developer tools, research tools, and related documentation. Areas of work include artificial intelligence, software engineering, data, and automation.
Not every capability described on our websites is available as a generally offered product. Features, availability, and product scope may differ by offering and may change over time.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of another person or organization, you must have authority to accept these Terms for that person or organization.
Consistent with our Privacy Policy, the Services are directed to businesses and professionals and are not directed toward children.
4. Accounts and Access
Some Archisys products may require an account. Not all Archisys websites or products require accounts.
Where an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account, except to the extent caused by Archisys. Notify us promptly at support@archisystech.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. AI-Generated and Automated Results
Some Archisys products may use artificial intelligence or other automated systems. Outputs generated by those systems may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
You are responsible for independently evaluating important information before relying on it, especially where decisions may have legal, operational, or financial consequences.
7. SEC Research / Public Data
SEC Research
SEC Research is an independent Archisys Technologies product that provides tools for researching publicly available SEC filings and financial information. SEC Research may provide access to and analysis of publicly available SEC EDGAR filings and related financial information.
SEC Research:
- is an independent Archisys Technologies product
- is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
- uses data that originates from public sources
Archisys does not guarantee that third-party public data is complete, current, or error-free. SEC Research is intended for informational and research purposes. 8. No Financial Advice
Information provided through SEC Research or other Archisys products is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific engagement.

9. Third-Party Services and Data
Archisys products may interact with third-party services, APIs, websites, datasets, or infrastructure. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Archisys is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices except as required by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
Archisys Technologies and its licensors retain their rights in Archisys-owned software, branding, designs, documentation, and other intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.
Public SEC data is not proprietary Archisys data. Archisys may own software, interfaces, analysis methods, and other materials used to present or work with that public data.
11. User Content and Feedback
You may submit information to Archisys through contact forms, support requests, email, or product interfaces. You represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
How personal information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not expand those practices. Unless a specific product agreement says otherwise, submitting feedback does not require Archisys to implement your suggestions, and you grant Archisys a non-exclusive right to use feedback to operate and improve the Services.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy.
13. Service Availability
The Services may change, be interrupted, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part, with or without notice, except where a separate written agreement provides otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Archisys does not warrant that the Services, including AI-generated output or public-data tools such as SEC Research, will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Archisys Technologies and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Archisys’s total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Archisys for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will defend and indemnify Archisys Technologies against claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by Archisys.
17. Changes to Terms
Archisys may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate operational reasons, including security, abuse prevention, or discontinuation of a product. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
